Our back door lock was too old and was very hard to turn, it wasn’t an emergency so I called San Francisco Door and Lock and set up an appointment for the next morning, Ian came out on time and replaced the lock with a much better one, he was very fast and super friendly, matched the key we already used and charged the exact amount they estimated the night before, super quick and very friendly service, we are very satisfied with the result, thank you Ian.
