The mortise lock on our business front door wasn’t locking properly and we needed it fixed by the end of the day. Bob arrived an hour after we called them and fixed it by replacing the interior lock mechanism. Really noteworthy that Bob was very professional and honest, he didn’t try to sell us a new lock and worked hard to get it fixed, we are vey happy with the service and would turn to him with any future locksmith need!
