We were looking for someone to replace our old deadbolt lock with a new smart lock, Mickie was the locksmith technician who came over and he gave us couple of options to choose from and after we chose the Home Connect 620 Kwikset keypad deadbolt he booked us for the next day after we gave him our best  available time. Mickie showed up on time and got the new lock installed in less than 10 minutes, then he spent almost an hour guiding us on how to connect it to our Wi-Fi network, how to setup the entry code and how to deal with common troubleshooting.
