Jack was very professional, showed up on time and replaced old deadbolt lock on our gate. His price was fair and I would definitely hire him again, I highly recommend him!

I contacted San Francisco Door & Lock to come to my house and rekey the locks for the new tenant that move in soon and their technician did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their service, the prices reasonable and the service was very fast, I will use him for my other houses in the future. I didn't have cash to tip hem but I hope the review will bring them more customers, 5 stars service.

Great work and outstanding customer service. Jack showed up on time to our appointment, super friendly and very easy to deal with. he quickly quoted his price for 4 doors lock rekey job at our new dental clinic. Jack got the job done within one hour and he did a wonderful job.  Will definitely use their  services again if ever there will be a need.

My son had lost his keys on its way back home from school while I was at work, I called San Francisco Door and Lock and their tech was at our place within 30 minutes. He got right to work and opened the door for my son not before we exchanged text massages and after he clearly identify me as the owner of the house, I've also asked him to cut 2 new key copies and he charged my card over the phone, excellent service highly recommended!
